Mid-level producer

Hello, we're an animation studio in London. We make characterful, playful animations that inspire and delight, taking great care over the tiniest details – after all, it’s the little things that often make the biggest impression. Most importantly, we believe in the power of character to bring a story to life.


* Working closely with our team of producers, creatives and account managers across a wide range of client projects for agencies, brands and end users, communicating project goals and ensuring these are met within timeframe and budget 

* Liaising with clients to understand their goals and vision for a project at kick-off, identifying and mitigating project risks 

* Leading individual project catch-ups to communicate next steps to team and client 

* Producing schedules with key feedback and sign-off dates 

* Creating clear and informative briefing documents for all parties involved 

* Renegotiating priorities and communicating status to client stakeholders 

* Liaising with third-party suppliers (e.g. sound studios) to communicate client brief and schedule 

* Tracking budgets, creative hours and setting up invoices 

* Keeping the Head of Department updated with projects and escalating any issues

Key Skills: 

* Experience working in a producer role, preferably in animation 

* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 

* Ability to lead a project with effective teamwork management 

* Good prioritisation, high motivation and a proactive approach 

* Negotiation skills with ability to compromise and balance trade-offs among multiple interests 

* Strong time management and organisational skills 

* A self-starter, able to accomplish goals with broad direction and minimal day-to-day supervision 

* Proficient in a range of apps such as Slack, Trello, G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides


* Understanding of 2D and 3D animation, creative processes and techniques 

* Appreciation of visual and audio design

We are all currently working from home, but we are usually based at our beautiful studio near Old Street, London so you will need to have the right to live and work in the UK.
