You might not have a publishing background. Perhaps you’re a Head of PR or Communications Manager, or perhaps you’re a career changer with relevant transferable skills.
We’re looking for someone who can get our books to the widest possible audience and will enjoy creating show-stopping campaigns that generate media coverage.

In this role, you will be looking after a range of authors across both fiction and non-fiction. Your role will be plan and implement innovative and effective campaigns across all media platforms with digital at the heart of everything you do.
We are looking for someone who is full of ideas and loves the buzz when publicity drives sales. You’ll relish a challenge and will be able to respond to the demands of a busy press office with a cool head. You will use your relationship building skills to maintain and develop your extensive media contacts and will have strong communication skills. You’ll also have a proven ability to engage with online communities as well as on- and off-line networks and influencers and react quickly to news stories. You will be a strong team player and a proven project manager who is used to working with third parties and is able to work autonomously using initiative. You will understand how to devise strategy, brand campaigns and high-scale publicity events. You will line manage a member of the publicity team and be involved in developing and mentoring other team members.
