What started as a store in the back-streets of Södermalm is now a Global Company and the creative outlet for the people behind the company. Founded in 1999 by sneaker enthusiasts Erik Fagerlind and Peter Jansson, both of whom are still active in the company, today SNS are retail stores, bars, night clubs, a restaurant, a brand, and more on the way.

We are now looking for a dedicated and engaged Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The position is based in Stockholm HQ, but can be operated from distance from any city where SNS is (physically) present. The position is part time, 50% and reports into CEO, Erik Fagerlind.

The Role 
At SNS we believe that diversity is key to success! As Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at SNS you will contribute on a global level. You will ensure that we stay focused on improvement at all times, in all regions we operate in, and on all levels within the organization. There will be local Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Managers that reports into you. You will set and drive the agenda to push for continuous improvement of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at SNS. Work tasks will contain, but not be limited to: 

# Execute diversity targets set by CEO and board 
# Support local teams to enable maximum impact in each region 
# Feed into company policies and internal processes with an inclusion perspective 
# Set long and short term goals and implement tools to measure progress 
# Organize workshops, training and lectures, as well as inviting external speakers 
# Collaborate with customer facing teams to ensure SNS have an active voice externally 

Who you are? 
To be successful in this role we believe you have previous experience of working with Diversity, Equity and inclusion. You probably have working experience within sales, marketing, or communications. Your communication skills are excellent, and you connect easily with people around you. To work strategically, and to create key metrics and tracking goals is something you have done before. Most important is however that you are a person with a strong ability to influence, motivate and build trust with people. You are a champion of change, who always delivers strong results. We want you to have global experience, you might have studied, lived or worked in a few different countries. Education within diversity, gender, inclusion and social psychology is meriting, as well as managing experience.
