The Role As the Office Mood Manager you will make the SNS World HQ a place where our staff loves to work. This is where we live – you are the one to make it feel like a home. A home that breathes and lives the culture of SNS, the sneaker culture and everything it embraces.
It’s a fun job, with a big variety of tasks throughout the week. The job will mean both routine work tasks such as ensuring things are in order and that the shelf of office supplies are well filled. The role will also include a big part of creativity in for example making staff events something way different than the traditional (and boring) “julbord”, as well as coming up with ideas of new ways in how to add the right SNS mood to the office space.
Our office needs full time supervision. As Office Mood Manager SNS World HQ, you will need to have the ability to structure and personalize this role. Who you are: We’d like to see that you are a driven, organized and service-minded person. You’re an outgoing person with a strong "can do" attitude. You’re handy, have the will, curiosity, and know-how to independently solve problems. We think you are someone who has worked in the service industry for a couple of years and enjoys this.You might have worked with events, in a hotel, restaurant or as an office manager. But the most important thing is your personality and we see that you are a "can do kind of person" that take initiative and are prestigeless.
To be able to succeed in this role we believe you are well aware of the sneaker culture and interested in the culture that comes with it.
Example of work tasks:
Meet and greet visitors.
Usual office maintenance, such as sorting the mail and shipments, organize catering, ensures that the office is in neat condition and serve as the office “go-to” person.
Order all things necessary for the office to function, from coffee to office supplies and everything in between.
Responsible for all communication with outside services i.e. cleaning company, garbage disposal etc.
Planning and project managing such as after works, conferences and kick-offs. Create surprising SNS moments for the staff.
But most importantly solving everyday problems that arise, and make sure the office breathes SNS at all times
Independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action.
Organized and good with multi-tasking. Social, creative and easy going as a person.
Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Previous work experience within service.
Positive attitude and customer service skills a must.
Ability to use general office equipment such as computers, email, copiers, printers, scanners, fax machines, etc.
This role reports into the HR manager.
